UK Deliveries

• The majority of UK deliveries are handled by Evri.
• Estimated delivery time for consumable items (Sea moss) is the next working day. We send our consumable items by next-day courier to guarantee freshness.
• Estimated delivery time for non-perishable items is 2-5 working days.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification.
• Please be aware that delivery times of non-consumable items may fluctuate based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

International Deliveries

We currently don’t offer international shipping via our website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the type of products you select in your order.

Other Policies

• Revitamoss is not liable for the condition of any sea moss that has been left out and not retrieved on the day of delivery. Sea moss is a perishable good and requires immediate attention; otherwise, it will spoil.
• Revitamoss is not responsible for missed deliveries or re-delivery requests. Tracking numbers are provided so customers can monitor their orders. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve their parcel once dispatched.
• Sea moss expands when left in an environment that isn’t cold enough or when the jar is not opened and used frequently. It is a live culture that quickly grows bacteria, hence its lifespan of 3-4 weeks.

Important Storage Instructions

SEAMOSS MUST BE STORED IN THE FRIDGE UPON ARRIVAL AND USED WITHIN 3-4 WEEKS.

This is a natural process due to the delicacy and nature of sea moss. Ensure that your fridge or storage space is not overcrowded, as poor air circulation can affect the quality of your sea moss.

Sea moss needs to be kept in a cold environment and opened/closed frequently to prevent pressure buildup from the natural bacterial process.

Customer Support & Order Issues

If customers experience any issues with their order, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to allow for any necessary amendments or resolutions. After this period, Revitamoss may not take further action.
